On Thursday 27 August, NEMO's rooftop transforms into an open-air cinema. Pinball: The Man Who Saved the Game tells the true story of the man who turned pinball from a banned gambling game into one of the world's most popular forms of entertainment.

About the film

New York, 1970s. For decades, pinball machines have been banned because they're considered a form of gambling. Journalist and passionate pinball player Roger Sharpe gets the chance to change public opinion. During a decisive hearing, he sets out to prove that pinball is a game of skill, not luck.
