Paleis Het Loo was the summer residence of stadholders, kings and queens for three centuries. Visitors can now gain a unique insight into the world of the House of Orange.
Paleis Het Loo is located on the outskirts of Apeldoorn.
Gardens and stables
Stroll through the Baroque gardens and the palace park and visit the collection of royal vehicles and stables. The “Royals & pets and animals” exhibition in the stables tells the story of the special bond between the House of Orange and their pets and animals.
Events for young and old alike are organized from April to September. Its location in one of the most beautiful natural landscapes in the Netherlands makes a visit to Paleis Het Loo unique in every season.
