De Amersfoortse fotograaf Carla Kogelman – winnaar van de World Press Photo & Zilveren Camera – zoekt in haar werk altijd naar oprechtheid en authenticiteit. Met haar camera vangt ze de kern van het dagelijks leven: liefde, vrijheid, kwetsbaarheid, familie, verlies en identiteit.
Tentoonstelling
Van 13 februari tot en met 30 augustus 2026 presenteert Museum Flehite de overzichtstentoonstelling Carla Kogelman: A Closer Look. Met tientallen portretten en verhalen uit Amersfoort en van ver daarbuiten. De tentoonstelling maakt deel uit van een samenwerking met het Rietveldpaviljoen en de Mannenzaal, waar Kogelmans werk voor het eerst gelijktijdig (maar in afzonderlijke exposities) te zien is.
