The Drents Museum has all you could need for a great day out, for young and old alike. It gives you a view on the world and offers a view of Drenthe province, with stories of archaeology, art and history.

You can see how wealthy families from Drenthe lived in the last century in the period rooms. Immerse yourself in the history and culture of Drenthe. Codename: Energy is an exhilarating adventure for families with children. Various national and international contemporary realism and art from 1885 to 1935 exhibitions are put on by the museum.

The archaeology department is currently closed for an expansion of the museum.
