The life of a fisherman

Experience the life of a fisherman on board his cutter at the Visserijmuseum. Learn to tie the knots you’ll need to know for life at sea. Marvel at models of both old and modern fishing vessels and the fossils from ancient creatures, including a woolly mammoth. The museum also houses a collection of over 800 tropical and indigenous birds, shells and corals.
