Children's Art Club
Do your children enjoy looking at artworks? And do they love making their own creations? Then the weekly Children's Art Club at the Van Abbemuseum is just the thing for them!

Challenging assignments
The Children’s Art Clubs are supervised by experienced museum teachers, and every Saturday they choose a different theme and material. The afternoon starts with a tour of real artworks in the museum. After exploring the exhibitions, the children get to create themselves: sometimes they draw or paint, other times they work with clay or paper. And of course, they can take their own artwork home with them afterwards.

Family Art Club
Every first Saturday of the month, the Children's Art Club turns into a Family Art Club. Parents, grandparents, carers, uncles and aunts; all are welcome to join in and create together.

Practical information
When: every Saturday afternoon between 2 pm and 4 pm
For who: children between 6 and 12 years old
Group size: a maximum of 10 children per group
Cost per session: € 7,50 per child
