Note: during Vikingfest, from May 26 to 29 inclusive, The Netherlands Museum Pass is not valid at the museum. Buy your tickets for €17.50 each at the entrance.

The open-air museum is all about experiencing things by doing. It’s a great day out for children and anyone else who wants to learn to light a fire, walk on stilts, bake bread, or set out in a real dugout canoe.

Note: The preHistorisch Dorp (pre-historic village) is closed from November 1, 2021 to March 25, 2022.
