At Museum Zaanse Tijd, learn all about the history of clockwork, in all shapes and sizes. Discover the brilliance of Christiaan Huygens’ first pendulum clocks, as well as other treasures of the Dutch Golden Age and historic clocks. Naturally, the museum also displays the distinctive clocks from the Zaan region.
