This autumn, artists will take over the Rembrandt House. Schiffmacher, contemporary artists and visitors will be getting to work at Rembrandt’s home.

The Rembrandt House Museum not only allows visitors to view art, but also to experience first-hand how art is created. Or even to have a work of art tattooed onto their skin. The autumn programme demonstrates how Rembrandt’s spirit of experimentation and fascination with materials remain a source of inspiration to this day. Artists from the 17th century to the present day continue to observe, experiment, tell stories and innovate. Just like Rembrandt himself.
