The Liemers Museum is finally open again! The fully renovated regional museum tells the story of the past, present and future of the region’s people.

Look around and discover the history of the region in a contemporary presentation where objects of the museum come to you. Find your way along the timeline starting near the entrance and continuing on the upper floor. The history is presented in stories from the hunters and gatherers in the Stone Age to the current residents of the Liemers region. The Liemers Museum offers a palette of history the entire family will enjoy.

Aside from its permanent exhibition, the Liemers Museum also regularly sets up temporary exhibitions on a variety of artists.
