As humankind, we are inclined to preserve our legacy and pass it on to future generations. What or who are the custodians of our history and memories? And will our methods of preservation survive to the next generation? And to the next civilisation?

Future

The group exhibition Oblivion Was Inevitable explores the archaeology of the future. Through installations, videos and photography, it speculates on isolated technological remnants, enigmatic artefacts and the cycle of human existence.
