Find out about the rich history of the city in the historical heart of The Hague; from the small village of Die Haghe to the international city of today. The museum organizes exhibitions and activities.

The building where the members of the St. Sebastian’s Guild once gathered now houses the Historical Museum of The Hague. Discover beautiful cityscapes and imposing paintings of militia companies by masters such as Van Goyen and Van Ravesteyn, as well as unique objects and dollhouses, right in the historic center of The Hague, in a beautiful location alongside the Hofvijver.

The museum regularly organizes temporary exhibitions and activities. Scavenger hunts for children take place regularly.
