The art of the famous Art Nouveau master Alphonse Mucha comes to life in large projections, 3D animations and specially composed music. As a visitor you will experience the life and work of the Czech artist as you have never seen before.

Alphonse Mucha

The Czech artist Alphonse Mucha (1860 - 1939) is known for his posters and decorative illustrations. These works are immediately recognizable, with female figures with lush hairs, surrounded by stylized floral motifs and flowing lines, painted in pastel colors. The combination and continuous alternation of projections, sound and specially composed music in the museum pavilion in Eelde means that you as a visitor are immersed in Mucha's story.
