Limburg Biënnale #2

from 12 to 17 hours from 28 June until 14 August

Exhibition

This year, Marres organizes the second edition of the Limburg Biennale: a group exhibition that brings together all kinds of artists, professionals, amateurs, and hobbyists in a festive celebration of the arts.

Jury & curators

Marres invited everyone in Limburg and the surrounding area to participate in the Limburg Biennale. During an open call that took place from 2 to 18 March, artists could submit a maximum of 3 works. Afterwards, a jury of 11 professional artists will select artworks to be displayed at the exhibition. They will set up a room in Marres with their selection and show their own work as well. The jury and curators for the Limburg Biennale #2 are: Kymani Ceder, Paul Drissen, Afra Eisma, Gijs Frieling, Norbert Grunschel, Susanne Khalil Yusef, Femmy Otten, Derk Thijs, Roy Villevoye & Fransje Killaars, Niña Weijers, Mickey Yang.
