Beyond the Ink: Explore the Art of Screen Printing with The Patchwork Family

Saturday 1 June from 13 to 16 hours

Workshop

Join us on June 1st for our final workshop and choose your favourite prints to screen print onto your Cradle-to-Cradle T-shirt during this interactive session.

Workshop

For this workshop, we've teamed with the vibrant community of fashion designers from The Patchwork Family to craft exclusive prints celebrating the beauty of upcycling, crafts, and sustainable fashion. After the workshop, there will be time for a polaroid photo session, chatting, and enjoying a drink.

The Patchwork Family

More than sustainable, more than a collective - The Patchwork Family is a vibrant community of recent fashion design graduates, united in their unwavering support for one another. What sets them apart is their shared love for upcycling, which they see as the most sustainable and democratic approach to making fashion. Each Family Member has a different approach to upcycling. What unites them is their strong belief that upcycling is not just a production choice but a holistic strategy to change the fashion industry itself.

Messy

The workshop might get a bit messy since you'll be working with screenprint ink, so the museum advises you to wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. This workshop includes screen printing materials, a Cradle to Cradle white T-shirt, a polaroid photo session and a non-alcoholic drink.
